Evelyn Wren, Author Brand & Publishing Identity

Evelyn Wren is a self-initiated author and publishing brand concept created to showcase editorial design, book cover direction and literary visual identity development.

The project was designed for a fictional author with an atmospheric, intelligent and emotionally layered writing style. The visual direction combines refined serif typography, dark literary imagery, symbolic details, muted colour, and elegant composition to create a brand world that feels thoughtful, immersive and commercially polished.

The concept includes an author logo, author mark, book cover design, Substack header, launch graphic, quote card, colour palette and typography direction. Together, these elements demonstrate how an author brand can move beyond a single book cover into a wider publishing identity suitable for newsletters, launches, reader platforms, promotional graphics and long-term audience building.
